Prior to his career in real estate development Mr. Morgan Pérez developed expertise in marketing and institutional asset management through his positions at Merrill Lynch, Nomura Asset Management, and J.W. Seligman & Co., Inc. He currently develops real estate in Buenos Aires and provides consulting services for both Argentine and foreign investors.
